BMO Completes Acquisition of U.S. Investment Firm CTC Consulting

TORONTO, ONTARIO and CHICAGO, ILLINOIS--(Marketwire - June 11, 2012) - BMO Financial Group today announced that it has completed the acquisition of CTC Consulting, LLC, headquartered in Portland, Oregon. BMO had previously announced its intention to acquire CTC Consulting on April 12, 2012.

CTC Consulting has merged with Harris myCFO, LLC, BMO's wealth management solutions business serving the ultra-high-net-worth market in the U.S. The acquisition further strengthens BMO's U.S. geographic footprint on the West Coast and expands its presence along the East Coast.

CTC Consulting is highly regarded for its capabilities in identifying differentiated managers in the traditional and alternative investment space and for their experience in serving global clients. These are key advantages in today's marketplace.

Garb Mechigian, who was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CTC Consulting, will report to Craig Rawlins, President Investment Advisory Services, Harris myCFO, LLC.
