The Ultimate Return On Your Investments BMO InvestorLine’s Ultimate Golf Getaway Takes You To The World’s Most Prestigious Golf Courses  

 

BMO InvestorLine, BMO Financial Group’s Canadian direct investing firm, today launched its second annual Ultimate Golf Getaway contest.  New and existing BMO InvestorLine clients are eligible to win trips to championship courses in Pebble Beach, California and Miami, Florida.

“BMO InvestorLine’s Ultimate Golf Getaway gives clients a unique opportunity to test their investment knowledge and learn more about their own investment portfolios, while offering them a chance for a trip-of-a-lifetime,” said Tom Flanagan,President and Chief Operating Officer, BMO InvestorLine.  “It is an opportunity for clients to focus on a disciplined approach to investing that goes beyond equities, to include a fully diversified portfolio.”

The contest will have eight weekly investing quizzes with clues and answers available on the BMO InvestorLine Website.  Between January 15 and March 12, 2003, a new quiz will be presented online every Wednesday.  Clients will earn one ballot upon successful completion of each weekly quiz to qualify for the grand prize and weekly prize draws. New clients who complete an application on the BMO InvestorLine Website can submit a bonus contest ballot for the grand prize draw.

The grand prize trip for four consists of two, one-week golf vacations: one week in Pebble Beach, California and one week in Miami, Florida. The draw for the grand prize will take place on March 17, 2003.

The one-week Pebble Beach golf vacation for four includes:

  • Four rounds of golf on courses including Pebble Beach, Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill and Del Monte
  • $500 (US) per person
  • Return airfare to San Francisco
  • Hotel accommodations for seven nights and minivan rental

The one-week Miami golf vacation for four at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa includes:

  • Seven rounds of golf, including one round on each of the Blue Monster and Great White courses
  • $500 (US) per person
  • Return airfare to Miami
  • Hotel accommodations for seven nights and minivan rental

Weekly prizes will also be awarded each Wednesday between January 29 and March 5, 2003:

  • Two sets of Titleist 822 OS irons
  • One cash prize of $1,000 CDN
  • Two trips for two to Palm Coast, Florida at the Palm Coast Golf Resort, including return airfare, three nights hotel accommodations, three rounds of golf and rental car
  • $5,000 CDN deposited to a BMO InvestorLine non-registered account
