University of Lethbridge Receives Major Donation from BMO Financial Group for its Management & Health Sciences Building  

BMO Financial Group today announced a donation of $250,000 to the University of Lethbridge for its planned Management & Health Sciences Building that will enable the University to meet its growing needs for research and student classroom space.

“Our donation to the University of Lethbridge is further proof of our commitment to supporting and strengthening higher learning at universities in Alberta and across the country,” said Ted McCarron, Senior Vice President, BMO Bank of Montreal for Prairies Division. “We believe that our financial support will help the University to maintain its high level of innovative and interactive programming with a rapidly increasing student population,” added Mr. McCarron.

“Through their support of this wonderful new facility, BMO Financial Group is illustrating leadership and vision,” said Bill Cade, President and Vice-Chancellor, University of Lethbridge. “The Management and Health Sciences Building will enable the University of Lethbridge to build on its tradition of graduating the future leaders of our province. We would like to thank BMO Financial Group for their support and investment in post secondary education in Alberta.”
