Join Calgary Chefs Ned Bell and Andrew Keen for an Outdoor Cooking Competition

What do you get when you mix together two celebrity chefs, a fully stocked outdoor kitchen and one special ingredient?  The BMO Mutual Funds Fall Harvest Cook-off!

Watch as celebrity chefs Ned Bell, Corporate Chef of the Vintage Group, and Andrew Keen, Executive Chef of Tribune Restaurant, go head-to-head in a 60-minute cook-off at Calgary's Stephen Avenue Walk, using their imaginations and culinary expertise to create three decadent dishes with a secret ingredient.  A panel of judges, led by BMO Mutual Funds' Linda Knight, will taste-test and evaluate each of the chefs' creations to determine a winner. Spectators are invited to come out and cheer on their favourite chef, and are welcome to make voluntary donations on-site to the Calgary Food Bank.

Why:                The fall harvest is a time when Canadians reap the rewards of their labour by pulling the final fruits from their gardens.  It's also a time to prepare the garden for another productive bounty next spring. If you use some of the same tried and true gardening techniques for your investments, your long-term savings – or harvest – could also grow.  Come out to Stephen Avenue Walk to watch two of today's most entertaining celebrity chefs take part in a Harvest Cook-Off and find out why learning to invest for your retirement can be as simple as fall harvest gardening.
