The new BMO Bank of Montreal branch, located at 1660 Jules Verne Avenue in Quebec City, represents an investment of $2.7 million and was relocated from its previous location at Galeries Duplessis. “Our new branch is a model of user-friendliness,” said branch manager Ginette Latulippe. “Our customers will be delighted to find experienced staff and some new specialists on hand, including a BMO Nesbitt Burns broker, in premises that are modern, spacious and feature state-of-the-art technology to help us serve them better.”
“We are committed to offering personalized financial solutions and a superior banking experience to each of our customers whenever they visit us, whether that's in our branch, or through our telephone or web banking services,” said Mme Latulippe.
“This investment is further proof of our commitment to the greater Quebec City area, where we have invested more than $10 million in recent years to develop our presence and build branches that meet our customers' expectations,” added Yves Lafrenire, Vice-President, Eastern Quebec, BMO Bank of Montreal.
“Our job is to demonstrate to our customers that we are the only financial institution they will ever need, and I know that we have the employees, products, services and location to prove it to them every day,” Mr. Lafrenire continued. “Our customers can be sure they will be met by a professional who is ready to have a meaningful discussion with them that starts and ends with their needs.”
Customers of the new branch will benefit from a full complement of friendly and knowledgeable staff including:
- Experienced financial services managers who meet with customers in welcoming private offices to advise on made-to-measure financial solutions;
