BMO Bank of Montreal has opened the doors to a new $1.5 million branch in Ancaster, Ontario – its first retail branch location in this thriving area. The branch is conveniently located at 737 Golf Links Road in the Meadowlands Power Centre, with easy access to Highway 403.
“This is the seventh branch BMO has opened in the last two weeks, said Susan Brown, SVP Ontario Regional Division, BMO Bank of Montreal. “This investment is proof of BMO's confidence in the future growth of Ancaster, our commitment to the city of Hamilton and our desire to deepen business relationships in the community.”

The 6,400 sq. ft., branch will be staffed with 22 banking and investment professionals and features:
- A BMO Nesbitt Burns office on-site to help customers address their financial needs, including wealth management, estate planning and insurance;
- A highly experienced team of personal banking professionals with financial, investment and retirement planning expertise;
- On-site parking facilities;
- Full wheelchair accessibility;
- Offices where clients can have meaningful financial discussions in private; and
- Two Instabank Extra automated banking machines (ABMs).

The new branch will operate from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 9:30 am to 8:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays; and 9:30 am to 4:30 pm on Saturdays.
BMO will hold an official grand opening celebration on Saturday, November 24, 2007.
