BMO Financial Group 2010 Interactive Online Annual Report Now Available

TORONTO, December 23, 2010 – BMO Financial Group (TSX, NYSE: BMO) today announced that its fully interactive 2010 Annual Report to Shareholders, including Audited Annual 2010 Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis, is now available by visiting and clicking “Enter the online annual report.”

New Features
A new interactive Chart Generator allows visitors to choose how they would like to view a Financial Snapshot of BMO's summary income statement items (revenue, provision for losses, non-interest expense, net income and net economic profit).

For example, visitors can select a view of the Financial Snapshot as a table, line chart or bar chart using drop-down menus to select the data they want to see over as much as a five year period between 2006 to 2010 inclusive
