OSHAWA, February 3, 2012 – Today, Curtis Scragg, Vice President, GTA North District, BMO Financial Group presented a cheque in the amount of $500,000 to Dr. Pansy Goodman, Director of LHEARN, and Andrea Russell, Acting CEO, The Oshawa Hospital Foundation. The gift is designated to the Health Sciences Library of the Lakeridge Health Education and Research Network (LHEARN).

“BMO Financial Group has been an avid supporter of The Oshawa Hospital Foundation and Lakeridge Health Oshawa since 1991”, says Ms. Russell. “Many aspects of healthcare have changed in two decades and we are pleased that our partnership with BMO Financial Group continues to be strengthened as we grow to meet new opportunities.”
