BMO Investments Inc. Announces Portfolio Management Change
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 3, 2012) - BMO Investments Inc. today announced that the portfolio manager for BMO Guardian Canadian Large Cap Equity Fund (the "Fund"), Guardian Capital LP, will change to BMO Asset Management Inc. ("BMOAM") effective on or about June 8, 2012.
The investment strategies of the Fund and of BMO Canadian Large Cap Equity Class, which invests primarily in units of the Fund, will be revised to describe the fundamentally-based quantitative model that will be used by BMOAM to select securities and to construct the portfolio for the Fund.
