TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 19, 2013) - BMO Investments Inc., the manager of the BMO Mutual Funds, today announced its intention to terminate BMO Sustainable Climate Class and BMO Sustainable Opportunities Class (the "Funds"). Effective July 19, 2013, the Funds will cease offering shares for purchase and will be terminated on or about September 20, 2013.
The decision to terminate the Funds is because of the relatively small asset size and the small number of securityholders.
Securityholders may redeem or switch their investments in the Funds until the close of business on September 17, 2013. Investments held in a registered account can be transferred to BMO Money Market Fund. Securityholders will not be required to pay any redemption fees or sales charges upon redemption of their investment or the termination of the Funds.
