TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Aug. 12, 2013) - BMO Investments Inc. (BMOII) today introduced two new managed solutions: SelectTrust™ Portfolios and ETF Portfolios in a trust structure.
Each new investment solution offers a series of six risk-differentiated portfolios, expanded to include new conservative options: fixed income, security, conservative, balanced, growth and equity growth. Each individual portfolio combines actively managed funds and/or passively managed ETFs for increased diversification.
"The customer demand for more conservative investment solutions is increasing and based on our past success with managed portfolios, we feel these new products offer more risk-based choices in a flexible way to create and manage wealth," said Kevin Gopaul, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, BMO Asset Management Inc.
Part of BMOII's managed portfolio suite, the core investment vehicles are suitable for a broader range of investment goals and investment plan types, and aim to provide more potential return and lower risk.
