    BMO Financial Group Holding 186th Annual Meeting in Toronto  

     

    BMO Financial Group will hold its 186th Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto on Tuesday, February 24, 2004. The meeting will take place in the Concert Hall, The Carlu Event Theatre, 7th Floor, 444 Yonge Street, at 9:30 a.m. EST.

    BMO also issued its 2003 Annual Report to Shareholders, its Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and Proxy Circular. These documents are available at www.bmo.com/investorrelations.

    The annual meeting will coincide with the release of BMO Financial Group’s first quarter results for the period of November 1, 2003 to January 31, 2004.
