The griddle is sizzling as local celebrities play chef for the morning by flipping pancakes for United Way. Wearing United Way aprons and a smile, former Toronto Maple Leaf Wendel Clark; Yvan Bourdeau, President and Chief Operating Officer, BMO Nesbitt Burns; Canadian Idol judges and music producers Jake Gold and Farley Flex; and recording artist Alannah Myles are serving up flapjacks to staff tomorrow on the BMO Nesbitt Burns' trading floor.
