BMO Financial Group announced today that its annual audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended October 31, 2004, are now available by visiting www.bmo.com/investorrelations.

In a news release dated November 23, 2004, BMO announced results for its fourth quarter and 2004 fiscal year. That release included a fiscal 2004 and fourth quarter 2004 financial review and unaudited summary Consolidated Financial Statements for the periods ended October 31, 2004.

The 2004 audited Consolidated Financial Statements, as well as Management’s Discussion and Analysis, will be included in BMO’s 2004 Annual Report, which will be available on BMO's web site on or after December 14, 2004. Printed copies of the 2004 Annual Report will be mailed to shareholders on or after January 21, 2005.
