BMO Financial Group (TSX: BMO) today announced that it has filed its annual report to shareholders including audited annual financial statements and the 2004 MD&A with the Canadian securities regulators and that it is available online to the general public at www.bmo.com/annualreport2004 and www.sedar.com. The print version of BMO's 2004 Annual Report will be mailed to Bank of Montreal shareholders in January, 2005 along with the Proxy Circular and Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
