BMO Financial Group Holding 187th Annual Meeting in Toronto  

BMO Financial Group will hold its 187th Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto on Tuesday, February 22, 2005. The meeting will take place in the Concert Hall, The Carlu Event Theatre, 7th Floor, 444 Yonge Street, at 9:30 a.m. EST.

The annual meeting will coincide with the release of BMO Financial Group’s first quarter results for the period of November 1, 2004 to January 31, 2005.
