BMO Bank of Montreal to Invest $2 Million in New Branch in Leamington, Ontario
BMO Bank of Montreal announced today that it is investing $2 million to construct a new free-standing bank branch in Leamington, Ontario. The branch will be centrally located at 297 Erie Street South and is expected to open in April 2006.
The new BMO branch will be staffed with over 20 employees who will provide BMO customers with a full range of commercial and personal banking services.
The new branch will also provide special convenience features, including:

extended banking hours (Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday/Friday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm);

three automated banking machines (ABMs), including a drive-through ABM, providing access to accounts and information 24 hours a day, seven days a week;

free parking with 50 spaces available;

full wheelchair accessibility;

a Commercial Banking Area Manager and a team of Account Managers offering loan, cash management and deposit services; and

a personal banking team including; a Retirement and Investment Specialist, a BMO Nesbitt Burns Investment Advisor and a Mortgage Specialist.

The new Erie Street branch will replace the existing BMO branches located at 10 Erie Street South and 275 Erie Street South.
