BMO has filed this material with securities regulators and it will also be available on the Canadian Securities Administrators’ web site at www.sedar.com, and on the EDGAR section of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s web site at www.sec.gov.

Printed copies of BMO’s 2005 Annual Report will be mailed to Bank of Montreal shareholders in January 2006 with the Proxy Circular and Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
