Karen Maidment, Senior Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer, BMO Financial Group, and Lloyd Darlington, President and Chief Executive Officer, Technology and Solutions, BMO Financial Group, will participate at the RBC Capital Markets Canadian Bank CEO Conference on Wednesday, January 11, 2006.

Ms. Maidment will participate in an “In Conversation” style session with RBC Capital Markets Analyst, James Keating, at 9:10 a.m. EST.   Mr. Darlington will participate in a panel discussion, “The Future of Banking", starting at 12:40 p.m. EST.
