    BMO Bank of Montreal Increases CDN$ Prime Lending Rate to 5.50 Per Cent

    BMO Bank of Montreal today announced that it is increasing its CDN$ prime lending rate from 5.25 per cent to 5.50 per cent, effective March 8, 2006.
