BMO Financial Group to Hold 189th Annual Meeting in Toronto and Release First Quarter Results on March 1, 2007

BMO Financial Group will hold its 189th Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto, Ontario, on Thursday, March 1, 2007. The meeting will take place in the Concert Hall, Carlu Event Theatre, Toronto, Ontario, 444 Yonge Street, 7th Floor, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The annual meeting will coincide with the release of BMO Financial Group's first quarter results for the period of November 1, 2006 to January 31, 2007. NOTE: First quarter results will be broadly disseminated prior to markets opening.
