Milton District Hospital is $35,000 closer to its goal of purchasing a Computed Tomography (CT) scanner that will enable Milton and area patients to remain in town, close to family and support, when they receive medical treatment.

On Saturday, BMO Bank of Montreal will celebrate the grand opening of its new Maple Avenue branch by announcing a $35,000 pledge to the Milton District Hospital Foundation's Our Family, Our Community, Our Hospital Campaign. The campaign was established to raise money for a much needed CT scanner for the hospital so patients do not have to leave town for medical tests.

As the official bank of the Toronto Maple Leafs, BMO Bank of Montreal is thrilled that Darryl Sittler will be on hand to help celebrate the branch's grand opening. BMO invites customers and fans to come by and meet Darryl at an autograph signing, enjoy burgers and hot dogs at a complementary BBQ, and enter a draw to win one of many great prizes.
