BMO Bank of Montreal today officially opened the doors to its new $1.2 million bank branch in Bolton, Ontario. The 6,500 square-foot branch is conveniently located at 475 Queen Street South at Hwy 50 and Allan Drive in the South Hill Plaza, and is within walking distance of the old branch which was located at 15 Allan Drive.
“Our customers will be very pleased with the changes they will find at the new branch,” said Lucy Avila, Bank Manager, BMO Bank of Montreal. “We've increased our staff so that customers will now have greater access to professional banking and investment expertise under one roof, at a location that is still convenient to where they live, work and shop. Our investment in this new updated branch is a demonstration that we are growing alongside the town of Bolton.
“Our BMO staff are eager to provide customers with a better banking experience each and every time they walk through our doors,” added Ms. Avila.
The Queen Street branch will be staffed with 21 banking and investment professionals and features:
- Full commercial banking services including cash management, deposit services and commercial account specialists;
- A highly experienced team of personal banking professionals with financial planning and investment expertise;
- Offices where clients can have meaningful financial discussions in private;
- Ample parking facilities for BMO customers;
- Full wheelchair accessibility; and
- Three Instabank Extra automated banking machines (ABMs), including a drive-through ABM.
The new branch will operate 9:30 am to 4:00 pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays; 9:30 am to 8:00 pm on Thursdays and Fridays; and 9:30 am to 3:00 pm on Saturdays. BMO has been serving customers in Bolton since 1975.
BMO will hold an official grand opening celebration on Saturday, May 26, 2007.
