BMO Bank of Montreal is giving people of Southeastern Ontario a new opportunity to apply for a BMO Mosaik� MasterCard� credit card and make a donation to support Kingston's university hospitals at the same time.
BMO Bank of Montreal will make a donation between $100 and $125 to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation – the fundraising arm of Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kingston General Hospital and Providence Care (formerly Providence Continuing Care Centre) – when a customer applies for and uses their BMO Mosaik MasterCard for the first time.
“We welcome this program from BMO Mosaik MasterCard, our partner in the health care of Southeastern Ontario for more than a century,” said Roger Wright, Chair of the Foundation. “Now, people across this region will be able to make a donation to our regional hospitals the first time they use their BMO Mosaik MasterCard. Supporting our hospitals and the services they provide for the more than 500,000 people across the region has never been easier. Thank you BMO Mosaik MasterCard customers, and thank you BMO Bank of Montreal for making a donation.”
BMO Mosaik MasterCard & BMO Mosaik MasterCard for Business applications, which feature reward program, interest rate plan and travel protection options, are available at select branches of BMO Bank of Montreal and at special kiosks at each site of Hotel Dieu Hospital, Kingston General Hospital and Providence Care. The BMO Mosaik� MasterCard� promotion benefiting the university hospitals of Kingston continues until the end of the year.

BMO Bank of Montreal has had a relationship with Kingston's university hospitals for more than 160 years. In May, the bank announced a $750,000 donation to support hospital redevelopment and staff education.
