BMO Bank of Montreal has invested $1.3 million into the local community with the construction of a new 6,000 sq. ft., full-service bank branch located at 180 Kingston Road East at the corner of Salem Road in Ajax.

“This is the third branch BMO has opened in the GTA in the last two weeks, said Alex Dousmanis-Curtis, SVP Greater Toronto Division, BMO Bank of Montreal. “This investment is further proof of our commitment to the Durham region and of our desire to develop business relationships in the community with individuals as well as small and medium-sized businesses.”

BMO Bank of Montreal operates three branches in Ajax and 13 in the Durham region.

BMO customers can enjoy a full complement of financial services at the new branch, including wealth management advice provided by, BMO Nesbitt Burns, and personal and commercial banking services provided by BMO Bank of Montreal.

“We've brought together 22 financial services professionals from the Durham region so that we can provide clear, meaningful advice and solutions under one roof,” said Nancy Holman, Bank Manager. “The branch has a full-service commercial banking team, financial planning specialists and personal banking, investment and lending professionals.
