BMO Financial Group (TSX, NYSE: BMO) today announced that the English language version of its 2007 Annual Report to Shareholders, including Audited Annual 2007 Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis, is now available online by visiting www.bmo.com/annualreport2007.

BMO has filed these materials with securities regulators and the materials will also be available on the Canadian Securities Administrators' web site at www.sedar.com, and on the EDGAR section of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's web site at www.sec.gov.

The French language version of these materials will be made available online on Friday, December 14, 2007 after they have been filed with securities regulators.

Printed copies of BMO's 2007 Annual Report, along with the Proxy Circular and Notice for BMO's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 4, 2008 in Quebec City, will be mailed to shareholders at the end of January 2008.
