The Notice of Annual Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy Circular is now available online at www.bmo.com/investorrelations and will be available on the Canadian Securities Adminstrators' web site at www.sedar.com and on the EDGAR section of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's website at www.sec.gov.
The Bank will hold its 190th Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Quebec City, Quebec, on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. The meeting will take place in the Main Ballroom, Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, 1 rue des Carrieres, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.
The annual meeting will coincide with the release of BMO Financial Group's first quarter results for the period of November 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008.
