BMO Financial Group to Hold 190th Annual Meeting in Qu�bec City and Release First Quarter Results on March 4, 2008

BMO Financial Group will hold its 190th Annual Meeting of Shareholders in Qu�bec City, Qu�bec, on Tuesday, March 4, 2008. The meeting will take place in the Main Ballroom, Fairmont Le Ch�teau Frontenac, 1 rue des Carri�res, Qu�bec City, Qu�bec, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST).

The annual meeting will coincide with the release of BMO Financial Group's first quarter results for the period of November 1, 2007 to January 31, 2008. NOTE: First quarter results will be broadly disseminated prior to markets opening.
