New Shell Mosaik MasterCard from BMO Bank of Montreal Fuels Customer Savings New card offer gives drivers 5% back on fuel purchases or 300 bonus AIR MILES�™ reward miles.

Canadian drivers can save 5 per cent on all Shell purchases as part of a new credit card program when they apply and obtain a BMO card through Shell stations across Canada.  At current average national fuel prices, that represents among the best savings for drivers in the market.

Cash back savings and AIR MILES reward miles are being offered as reward options by BMO Mosaik MasterCard and Shell Canada Products as part of a new credit card program. BMO and Shell will promote a number of enhanced Mosaik reward features through Shell Canada's network of 1,600 stations and BMO Bank of Montreal's 982 branches across Canada.

Existing BMO Mosaik cardholders who have the Premium CashBack or Gold AIR MILES reward options will automatically receive the enhanced rewards whenever they use their card at Shell.

Following the three-month introductory offer of 5 per cent cash back, the Shell Mosaik MasterCard's Premium CashBack reward option will provide customers with ongoing 3 per cent cash back on all card purchases at Shell stations in Canada and 1 per cent cash back on all other purchases. The Premium CashBack reward option can total over $200 a year based on a typical $3,400 yearly Shell fuel spend and $12,000 in annual spending at other retailers.  This option also includes a Roadside Assistance Program valued at over $50, which covers the Premium CashBack annual fee of $49.

As long-time AIR MILES sponsors, Shell Canada and BMO are also enhancing the reward miles offer on Mosaik's Gold AIR MILES reward option. Customers will earn double reward miles when they use their card to make purchases at Shell. This means they'll receive two reward miles for every $15 in Shell purchases, while still earning one reward mile for every $15 spent on all other purchases. Plus, customers will continue to earn reward miles for fuel purchases from Shell Canada when they show their AIR MILES Collector Card. With the Gold AIR MILES reward option, customers can easily earn 1,000 reward miles annually (enough for a short-haul return flight) based on a typical $3,400 yearly Shell fuel spend and $12,000 in annual spending with other merchants for an annual fee of $90.
