    BMO Bank of Montreal Lowers CDN$ Prime Lending Rate to 4.75 Per Cent

    BMO Bank of Montreal today announced that it is decreasing its CDN$ prime lending rate from 5.25 per cent to 4.75 per cent, effective April 23, 2008.
