Harris Ranked Highest in Midwest Region in a Tie for Customer Satisfaction in Retail BankingJ.D. Power and Associates Annual Ranking Released

CHICAGO, May 19, 2009 – Harris was ranked highest in retail banking in the Midwest region for customer satisfaction in a tie, in J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Retail Banking Satisfaction StudySM released today.

The rankings, published today, analyzed customer satisfaction with the retail banking experience through six factors: transactions, account statements, account initiation/product offerings, convenience, fees and problem resolution.
