BMO Opens New Branch in Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador

ST. JOHN'S, NL, September 28, 2009 – BMO Bank of Montreal today opened a new full service branch in the greater St. John's area, located at 1319 Topsail Rd. in Paradise.

“Paradise is a growing community and BMO Bank of Montreal is proud to be a part of its continuing success,” said Anita Wilkins, Branch Manager, BMO Bank of Montreal. “Paradise residents will now have access to solid financial advice, whether it's finding the right mortgage solution or planning for retirement, and will start putting money back in their pockets by taking advantage of our BMO SmartSteps initiative,” added Ms. Wilkins.

“BMO is helping first-time homebuyers move into Paradise, specifically with our recent mortgage rate reductions,” said Jim Fallon, Personal Banking Area Manager, BMO Bank of Montreal. “With BMO, homebuyers have the ability to lock in at historically low rates if they are not ready to buy at this time, and our First Home Essentials Kit can provide a step-by-step guide to entering the real estate market.”

The new branch is staffed by 11 financial service professionals, including a financial planner, a mortgage specialist and a commercial account manager, to meet all personal and commercial needs.

For added convenience, the new Paradise branch features three ABMs, including a full service drive-thru ABM. Extended hours of operation are:

9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday
9:30 am – 8:00 pm
Friday
9:30 am – 6:00 pm
Saturday
10:00 am – 3:00 pm
