TORONTO, JUNE 14, 2010 - BMO Investments Inc. announced today that a new portfolio manager has been selected for BMO Sustainable Climate Class and BMO Sustainable Opportunities Class, each a class of BMO Global Tax Advantage Funds Inc., a mutual fund corporation.

Effective on or about June 18, 2010, SAM Sustainable Asset Management AG will no longer serve as portfolio manager for BMO Sustainable Climate Class and BMO Sustainable Opportunities Class. The new portfolio manager for these funds will be RCM Capital Management LLC.

Based in San Francisco, California, RCM is a C$155-billion investment firm that specializes in global asset management with operations worldwide. "We are excited about the opportunity to expand our current relationship with RCM," said Serge Pepin, Head of Investments at BMO Investments Inc.
