TORONTO, July 14, 2010 – BMO Investments Inc. announced today that the portfolio manager for BMO Guardian Global Small Cap Fund will change.

Effective on or about August 20, 2010, RCM Capital Management LLC will no longer serve as portfolio manager for BMO Guardian Global Small Cap Fund. Montreal-based Global Alpha Capital Management Ltd. (Global Alpha) will become the portfolio manager of the fund. BNY Mellon Asset Management Canada Ltd. will be engaged to provide portfolio transition services.

Global Alpha is an affiliate of Connor, Clark and Lunn Financial Group and is focused exclusively on global small cap equities.
