NORTH VANCOUVER, August 18, 2010 – BMO Bank of Montreal invites customers and members of the community to celebrate the grand opening of the first branch in B.C. open seven days a week, located at Lonsdale & Esplanade in North Vancouver on Saturday, August 21, 2010, starting at 11:00 a.m.

Guests will have a chance to win a $1,000 prize from the BMO SmartSteps Raffle. BMO SmartSteps is a program specifically designed to help customers better save and manage their money. Additionally, as part of BMO's ongoing support there will be a $1,000 donation made to Kids Help Phone, a charity that provides counselling for children from coast to coast.

Within the branch, customers can expect a highly qualified team including a financial planner, an investment advisor, and a mobile mortgage specialist. For added convenience, customers will have access to a coin counting machine.
