CHICAGO, September 8, 2010 – BMO Capital Markets, the investment and corporate banking arm of BMO Financial Group (TSX, NYSE: BMO), will hold its fifth annual North America Real Estate Conference on Thursday, September 16, 2010 at the Peninsula Hotel in Chicago. More than 60 senior real estate management teams and nearly 300 institutional investors, industry participants and company executives from across North America are expected to attend the event.

The conference will be hosted by BMO's Real Estate Equity Research team which includes Richard Anderson and Paul Adornato from the U.S., and Karine MacIndoe from Canada. The team holds 45 years of combined experience covering the real estate industry. They will moderate a series of industry panels and Q&A sessions with top real estate executives. The conference will focus on challenges and opportunities within the commercial real estate industry, in context with the broader economy that remains uncertain.

Industry experts Sam Zell (Chairman, Equity Group Investments, LLC) and Jonathan Litt (Managing Principal, Land & Buildings) are scheduled to host a keynote discussion over lunch.
