    BMO Financial Group 2010 Annual Report Available Online

    TORONTO, December 14, 2010 – BMO Financial Group (TSX, NYSE: BMO) today announced that its 2010 Annual Report to Shareholders, including its Audited Annual 2010 Financial Statements and related Management's Discussion and Analysis, will be available online at www.bmo.com/annualreport2010 after 11:30 pm EST.

    BMO has filed these materials with securities regulators; the materials are also available on the Canadian Securities Administrators' web site at www.sedar.com.

    Printed copies of BMO's 2010 Annual Report, along with the Proxy Circular and Notice for BMO's Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 22, 2011, in Vancouver, British Columbia, will be mailed to shareholders in late February, 2011.
