Media Advisory - Women Entrepreneurs Are Growing Force in Business-led Recovery – BMO Hosts Media Roundtable

TORONTO, March 7, 2011 – Dr. Sherry Cooper, BMO's Chief Economist, Gail Cocker, head of BMO's Commercial Banking, and Barbara Mowat, business owner and winner of a Governor General's Award in recognition of her contributions to advancing equality for women and girls in Canada, will participate in BMO's Women Entrepreneurs Roundtable. They will discuss findings from a new report on women business owners along with challenges and opportunities in the North American and global economies. The panel takes place in conjunction with International Women's Day, and the Federal Government's designation of 2011 Year of the Entrepreneur.
