TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 8, 2011) - BMO Investments Inc. today announced that certain classes of some BMO Guardian Funds will cease to be offered for sale effective June 16, 2011 and will no longer be qualified for distribution by simplified prospectus.

The following classes of the following funds are affected:

BMO Guardian Conservative Solution – F class and T5 class;

BMO Guardian Balanced Solution - F class;

BMO Guardian Growth Solution – F class, T5 class and T8 class; and

BMO Guardian Aggressive Growth Solution – F class and T5 class.

The affected classes will no longer be available for purchase by investors, including under any pre-authorized contribution plan.
