- Team eligible to win grand prize, including $125,000 field refurbishment

- Team has selected Maison de soins palliatifs de la Riviere-du-Nord as their charity of choice

ST. JEROME, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - June 16, 2011) - The 44's Boreal FC U10 girls soccer team is celebrating its win as BMO Team of the Week and will be kicking off its contention for BMO Team of the Week 2011 Champion at the BMO Bank of Montreal branch in St. Jerome.

"Congratulations to the 44's on the BMO Team of the Week win. These young girls are inspirational and learned true adversity last year when one of their teammates suddenly passed away. By naming their team after her jersey number, they have proven their dedication to the game and to each other," said Mario Rigante, District Vice-President, Laval and Northwestern Quebec, BMO Bank of Montreal.

The team will receive team track suits, a team party and $500 to a charity of its choice – Maison de soins palliatifs de la Rivière-du-Nord (MSPRN). Since its opening, the MSPRN has offered free palliative care to more than 400 patients.
