BMO Bank of Montreal Changes Variable Residential Mortgage Rate

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Aug. 23, 2011) - BMO Bank of Montreal today announced it is changing its Variable Closed Residential Mortgage rate, effective August 24, 2011. The new rate is:

5-year variable closed	3.00	%	+0.15	%*

*The interest rate for a variable rate mortgage is calculated monthly not in advance. The APR for the 5-year variable closed rate term is equal to our Prime Rate minus 0.00%.
