BMO's Website Ranks Number One for Overall Customer Experience: Keynote Systems Study

The study, which surveyed 1,750 Canadian consumers, ranked BMO's online site number one in numerous categories, including:

  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Ease of Opening an Account
  • Privacy and Security.
