BMO Financial Group Donates $25,000 to Support Assistance Efforts in Boston

BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS and TORONTO, ONTARIO and CHICAGO, ILLINOIS--(Marketwired - April 18, 2013) - BMO Financial Group today announced it will donate $25,000 to One Fund Boston to help provide assistance to those affected by Monday's bombings in Boston.

"We were heartbroken to see the devastation in Boston," said Doug Stotz, Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer, BMO Financial Group. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. We want to help them, and we hope that our contribution will help alleviate some of the difficulties they face. At the same time, we want to thank the brave first responders and citizens who came to the aid of the victims."

One Fund Boston has been set up to raise money to help the families most affected by Monday's tragic events.
