BMO today announced that Coastal FC Thunder have been named a BMO Team of the Week. The title for the under 12 girls team from Surrey, BC, comes with a $500 team prize, $500 donation to a charity of the team's choice, BMO Team of the Week tracksuits, and a community celebration in the team's honour, at a local BMO branch.

Recognized for their work on and off the field, Coastal FC Thunder is the 5^th team to be named out of 15 weekly winners that will be named in BMO's national grassroots soccer program.

BMO Team of the Week recognizes youth soccer teams (age 7-12) across Canada that demonstrate team pride, spirit, community commitment and passion for the game. Fifteen teams will be selected as BMO Team of the Week. Each of the weekly winners will then vie for the title of 2013 BMO Team of the Week Champion. The Champion will be determined by the Canadian public who can vote daily online at BMOsoccer.com from August 5-19 for the team they feel is most deserving of the award.
