BMO Bank of Montreal Announces Tornado Relief Program For Customers In Dufferin County
ORANGEVILLE, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 25, 2014) - BMO Bank of Montreal today announced a financial relief program to assist customers affected by a tornado in Dufferin County.
"Many residents across Dufferin County face serious damage to their home and property in the aftermath of the storm," said Lee Velardo, Regional Vice President, BMO Bank of Montreal. "We hope this program will help alleviate some of the difficulties for those affected by these damages."
The relief program for BMO clients includes:
- Deferral of personal loan payments (various options)
- Deferral of personal mortgage loan principal and interest payments for a period of two months
- Special accommodations for BMO Bank of Montreal commercial customers affected by the severe weather, which are being developed on a case-by-case basis.
BMO Bank of Montreal customers are invited to contact their local branch to speak to a financial services manager about their particular financial needs as the clean up continues.
