The annual Out On Bay Street professional awards series recognizes exemplary achievement and/or community service in Canada's lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and ally (LGBTQA) community. Mr. Noble's award will be presented at the Out On Bay Street's Leaders To Be Proud Of Awards ceremony being held on September 11 at the Art Gallery of Ontario, in Toronto.
The selection committee noted that Mr. Noble has shown exceptional ability in terms of leadership, business excellence and vision and noted that he is publicly recognized as a role model for the LGBTQA community.
Mr. Noble was nominated by Simon Fish, General Counsel and Executive Diversity Champion for BMO Financial Group.
