BMO Asset Management Inc. Announces Risk-Rating Change to Two BMO ETFs

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 29, 2016) - BMO Asset Management Inc. today announced risk-rating changes to two BMO Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs): BMO Equal Weight US Banks Index ETF (TSX:ZBK) and BMO Equal Weight US Banks Hedged to CAD Index ETF (TSX:ZUB). The risk-rating changes as set out below are effective immediately.

These new risk-rating changes are the result of an annual review and better align with the ETFs' risk levels. No material changes have been made to the investment objectives, strategies or management of these ETFs.

The changes described above will be reflected in the BMO ETFs' prospectus and each applicable summary document, which will be filed with Canadian securities regulators on January 29, 2016.
