- BMO personal banking customers can now send unlimited Interac e-Transfer transactions at no cost

TORONTO, March 1, 2017 /CNW/ - BMO Bank of Montreal announced today that they will offer free Interac e-Transfer transactions on all Everyday Bank plans. This offer extends to all Canadian chequing and Premium Rate Savings accounts that are part of a plan.

"Interac e-Transfer transactions sent from a BMO account have the same level of security our customers have come to expect from BMO. e-Transfers are received via email in real time, which is a key differentiator compared to similar offers on the market."
Mr. Nel added that customers are using the service more than ever before, sending funds via Interac e-Transfer for everything from rent and bill payments, to vacations, contributions to joint purchases or simply a night out.
