TORONTO, March 6, 2017 /CNW/ - BMO Investments Inc. (BMOII) today announced portfolio management changes to certain funds.
Effective on or about March 6, 2017, Monegy, Inc. will no longer act as portfolio manager for BMO Floating Rate Income Fund, BMO U.S. High Yield Bond Fund and BMO U.S. Dollar Monthly Income Fund. Also effective on or about March 6, 2017, BMO Asset Management Inc. will be appointed as portfolio manager for BMO Floating Rate Income Fund and BMO U.S. High Yield Bond Fund, BMO Asset Management Corp. will be appointed as sub-advisor of BMO Floating Rate Income Fund and Taplin, Canida & Habacht, LLC will be appointed as sub-advisor for BMO U.S. High Yield Bond Fund. For BMO U.S. Dollar Monthly Income Fund, BMO Asset Management Inc. will take over portfolio management responsibility for the portion of the portfolio previously managed by Monegy, Inc., and will appoint Taplin, Canida & Habacht, LLC as sub-advisor for that portion of the portfolio. As a result, BMO Asset Management Inc. remains as the portfolio manager for BMO U.S. Dollar Monthly Income Fund and BMO Asset Management Corp. and Taplin, Canida & Habacht, LLC remain as the sub-advisors for BMO U.S. Dollar Monthly Income Fund.
