  • BMO InvestorLine received top scores in 4 of 6 customer experience categories

TORONTO, Nov. 30, 2017 /CNW/ - BMO InvestorLine has been named the 'Best Overall Mobile Discount Brokerage Firm in Canada' by Surviscor's Mobile Discount Brokerage scorCard, an impartial assessment of the overall mobile brokerage customer experience at Canadian discount brokerage institutions. BMO InvestorLine received four category honours, including the top scores in the "Getting Connected," "Market Intelligence," "Account Services" and "Mobile Transactions" categories.

"We are thrilled to be recognized by Surviscor as the top-ranked mobile brokerage in Canada," Silvio Stroescu, President, BMO InvestorLine. "We continually strive to enhance our products and services to provide Canadians with an exceptional digital investing experience. This recognition is a testament to our team's commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients."

About the Surviscor scorCard

Surviscor's proprietary scorCard methodology measures over 3900 objective usage-related criteria questions over four main device families, reviewing each firm by six independent categories – each weighted according to industry importance through direct feedback with industry firms.

"Mobile accessibility and services for discount brokerage clients have improved over the last two years with more core services being offered on mobile devices," said Glenn LaCoste, President of Surviscor Inc. "We congratulate BMO InvestorLine for topping our list this year."
